My dad called from Florida, today. He started talking on the answering machine, telling me to pick up the phone and talk to him. I was like, yeah, okay, I’ll just grow an opposable thumb real quick and pick up the handset and push the talk button. Look, you want me to talk on the phone? Get a cat-friendly telephone, then. Who am I, Alexander Graham Cat? Anyway, dad left us and went to the beach. Carol the petsitter takes care of us, now. At least she is reliable. Oh, but if he does come back someday, I hope that dad brings me a Blue Marlin. I bet it would take me at least a week to eat one of those guys. Frankie
